I'm not satisfied with the item receivedDec 23, 2011

My son love the product with the RED color one and the time I shopped/ ordered, there is 1 red in the package and that's why I purchased it for his Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the item came over without Red, instead there is just Green, Black and Yellow. How disappointment is this? I just don't know what should I do with this?
