 Cool action figureMay 02, 2011

My 8 yo son loves this action figure. The figure is very durable and fully posable. It has a range of detachable accessories that can be held in the figure's hands (pistol, machine gun, katana sword, dagger, grenades). There is also a grappling hook which can be fired from a launcher. The figure allows the kids to use their imagination and it keeps my son busy. As a parent, I found the figure's hands clumsy to manipulate which made it difficult to grip the various accessories tightly. As someone who remembers fondly the UK Action Man with gripping hands, the GI Joe hands are stiff and much less responsive. Of course, the fiddly parts will get lost easily unless you look after them closely. The grappling hook launcher is also pretty feeble (probably for legal reasons) - ours could barely make more than 12 inches.

My son is a true GIJOE FREAK! He really enjoys this one its Kool little guns, sword, and rope really make for hours of play for him, u hear him making shooting and yelling noises. The guy's hands can grip the sword perfectly, With spring here my boy made a huge jungle in the back of the house with this toy (Snake Eyes), and his other men. Its so awesome how he engages them all, I would recommend this toy for the the boys who love action play, and have an amazing imagination because this toy can deliver it all!
