Honestly, I found this at a great deal for about $15. Well, I thought it was a good deal until the thing came in the mail WEEKS later. It was puny! Almost key chain sized! I really should have read the review from Luis before purchase. While it is exquisitely detailed, the image on amazon makes it seem a lot bigger. The dimensions listed in the product description do not list the units of measurement so I expected something larger. It has a good weight to it, but the stand is really thin plastic.
I suggest you don't buy this unless you're a hardcore fan of the battle rifle.

I was expecting a plastic replica, and was surprised by the solid metal feel of it. It has a few plastic touches, but it is predominantly die-cast, and painted well.

I see this everyday and it makes me want to play Halo 3. Good product, makes a nice conversation piece. Is well designed and looks nice.
It is nicer than any picture shows. I got it and it looks so much cooler in person. Pics do not do it justice.

We purchased this for an adult collector, and he was thrilled. It was really perfect! Even though it was in the toy catagory, it not an item that is made to be "played with". It is beautifully detailed, and authentic, making it a collector item for young and old alike.
