Got this for my 8 year old son and he LOVES it! There's nothing to say about this except that it is so cool. A giant Lego Star Wars clock-what's not to love. It doesn't make any noise, other than the alarm part of it, which is just a beep, which is fine with me. One thing I really like about the clock is that the numbers on the time are large (good for young kids) and in smaller numbers the time that the alarm is set is always showing-another great feature for young kids. They can always know what time it is set for. I would not recommend this for a child that likes to play rough with toys or one that may not be able to resist "playing" with it. Altough it is a Lego, it is really a clock, not a toy. GREAT BUY. I would highly recommend it for any Star Wars fan!

Didn't keep time accurately out of the box, difficult to figure out how to operate, hard to see the numbers in the middle of the night. My husband is a 30-something-year old man with a grown-up job, kids, and a mortgage.... he was SUPER excited for this clock, but it was just a piece of junk that made him late to work. We returned it. Good for kids who might have a Mom or someone else as a backup alarm system... for you original Star Wars fans, stick to Sony ;)

My 9 year old LOVES his new alarm clock! He's had it for a couple months now and uses it every day. He sets it himself and it's easy for him to turn the alarm on and off. Easy buttons and nice size numbers. Easy to see if it's set or not too. Pushing the helmet down sets the snooze. The alarm beeps quietly, then slowly gets louder and faster with the beeping as time goes on without turning off or hitting snooze. Perfect! Alarm can stand or sit, though my son prefers to sleep with his and buttons never get bumped in the wrong way. Always goes off on time. Light doesn't stay on, only goes on when pushing down the head, so won't bother your kid during sleep and good way to save on batteries. Comes with batteries and holding up well. My son loves this alarm clock..so kid friendly. I have to rate this 5 stars!
