My two year old little girl loves Belle. This is the train she likes to play with the most. Belle is really cool looking too...beautiful blue color with the red accents. Plus she is larger than many of the other trains too.

This is a great addition to my son's train set - he loves Day of the Diesels and the new characters that were introduced - Belle and Flynn. So, he will be excited to get Belle. These trains are well made and hold up under his constant play. Great for his imagination as he reenacts scenes from the movie.

Another great Thomas toy. My 3 year old grandson has been playing with Thomas for a year and he loves all of them - loves the videos and books too!

Belle was an instant hit with my 2 train lovers. Belle is one of the main characters in the newest Thomas movie "Day of the Diesels". It is very well designed and has very nice bright colors. Great train for reenacting scenes from the movie.

She is featured in Day of the Diesels, the newest Thomas the Tank Engine movie. Belle helps to fight fires and then recommends Flynn too, who joins Belle later to fight the Diesel Works fire. She is very kind, helpful, and very friendly (and has a slightly odd, very slow and cadenced way of talking).
There is an episode in the TV series as well where Belle pulls into Knapford station and Toby leaves. She goes after him to say hello - she wants to be friends because they both have bells. After trying really hard (too hard, and scaring Toby off because he doesn't want to do the things she suggests), they finally get to be friends.
I love her solid wood construction and her red and blue wheels. Her blue paint is a gorgeous sapphire color. She is larger than other engines and has 8 wheels (the larger engines have a teeny bit of trouble on tight curves and steep inclines).
A great addition to my son's set because there are so few female trains.
