so frustratingFeb 06, 2010
By Tami Bybee This toy is cute as a plush, but it is advertized as an online game too, like Webkins. After trying for a solid hour to help my daughter register this toy to play the online games, we gave up. This is the second vip we have purchased with the same result. There are several pop-ups trying to get you to purchase a premium membership. We just wanted to register her pet and play the free stuff the way you easily can with Webkins. If you want cute online games that are easy for kids to use and register for independently, buy a Webkin. If your child likes LPS, stick with the junky plastic ones - at least you get what you pay for.
a tipsy pig, a cute pigApr 18, 2009

I purchased the pig for my foster son at Easter. The materials are durable, compared to some of the newer pets you can purchase. The critter doesn't stand up long on his own. He keeps flopping over on his face because the neck construction is loose, the head is big and the leg stance doesnt support the body. My foster son seems able to overlook the face flops.

"what we think"
This pig is cute. They made it about as cute as a pig can get. My daughter will give it a hug every now and again... otherwise it just sits there. The LPS website is not even close to Webkinz... so, if you are getting this for the interactive web experience... I would go with a Webkinz for sure (Webkinz website has far more to offer little ones). If you get it for snuggly purposes... she is a cute little pig.

I got a bunch of these on amazon before Christmas at a very excellent price compared to in-stores. My daughter loved them and still plays with them and sleeps with them--and that's a lot to say, because she gets bored easily.

The LPS Pig is adorable and well crafted. The education is acquired on the website that you will register the pig with. There are games that can help development. It is not as good as WebKinz but better than some others.
