This set was a big hit with my 7 year old son. He really likes the specialized ODST solider and the Brute soldier. He is finding new ways to incorporate the set with others. It was easy to build and these bricks are pretty durable. Awesome toy!

I would read other reviews but as far as I am concern, anything you do to remove them from a television or video game must be considered as a plus.

This is an inferior product in every regard. I purchased it for a project comparing Mega Bloks to LEGOs, and I was severely disappointed. The pieces fit together poorly, one brick was put in the box late and had manufacturer's numbers printed on it, and the ODST trooper's arm broke off within five minutes of building. If you want to purchase a quality construction toy that inspires creativity and is actually fun, go with LEGO. Mega Bloks suck. It's even overpriced.
