 Lalaloopsy Travel Case/Storage/House All-in-One!Dec 12, 2011

My daughter really wanted this and some mini lalaloopsies for Christmas. For $30 plus on here, there was no way, but I seen it in store for $20 and grabbed it there, however she was with me and no way was she waiting until Christmas once she knew it was in the house! Because one of the dogs had just annihilated her Strawberry Shortcake, I let that be the reason for her to get this early and we tore into it! The security strings are in 3 places, on the outside zipper and one on each side of the cardboard display. You can't get into it until these are cut off, which are super easy but keep it secure until then. Inside is easy to open as well. It includes one mini as shown and two pets, a mini cow and duck. There are two full-size cardboard loopsies shown in the windows which we kept for play for now (this was her first mini-loopsy), so we've been pretend playing with them until x-mas when she gets her other 3! There is also "included furniture", which consisted of a "you put together cardboard bed and table". These are the kind that you pop out from the perforated cardboard sheets, all pre-colored with directions, and fold where told to, that insert and such, and wal-ah! You have a bed! It's just the right size and eh, its underwhelming. It "just" makes it through the holes and the head and foot boards wanna bend and sway and not stay up, but its what you'd really expect from cardboard. No big deal really, I didn't expect much from this and so I wasn't let down, we plan to buy the actual mini-furniture sets in the future. The little table is a bit more stable though I had a harder time with getting the table-top to go on, once I got the X to line up perfectly it went right on though, and it was much more structurally sound. It's really just a matter of time before she loses those, steps on them, or they wind up in the bottom of the toy box or torn though, really, so who are we kidding here, right? So I do not judge on the cardboard furniture, just give the added review because it is in there, and hey, they didn't have to include it, so that they did was a nice little bonus. The case itself is very colorful, nice size to hold lots of mini's and their extras, with nice, strong zippers that meet up wherever. There are windows they can peek out of, and when you unzip they have a beautiful, colorful little home, fully "decorated" lalaloopsy style! This home is tied in from what I can see on both sides pretty sturdily, but could probably also be cut out of one wised to do so, but I don't see why other than if accessories were to get lost, then maybe the need might be there in the future! The inside is made of very heavy duty, laminated, colorful cardboard. High quality stuff. Your little princess will love this! If she's into mini-lalaloopsies, this is the case to get! As my title says, it really works as a storage to hold all the mini-dolls and belongings, a travel case for when they go places and want to take their beloved favorite toys, and a House/playset to pretend play with. You really can't go wrong with it! Except with the price, like I said, I actually found this one cheaper in store, so shop around first. Highly recommended to all!

This is perfect for pretend play; perfect for toting all the minis; perfect for Moms for organizing storage of all those little, little pieces. HINT: My 5-yr daughter was having difficulty with the zipper closure only around the corners of the playhouse...I used a bit of Pam spray on all the zipper tracks and it has done the trick.

My autistic granddaughter will focus on something and it becomes paramount to her. LaLaLoopsey dolls and accessories (sold separately as she says) are her current point of joy. She holds each doll with unleashed love. The toys arrived safely and in great shape and made her Christmas one to remember!

While the description in the other review of this product seems mostly accurate, I was very disappointed to see that the inside structure/walls of this case is just a cheap drop-in piece of cardboard. I thought it would be more permanent to make it a playhouse, and all one piece. This is just a carrying case with a piece of cardboard to make it look like a house. I also find it somewhat difficult to zip.
