Great Bright Light. A must have for Lego and Star Wars collectors. When Flying your tie fighter and you feel a disturbance in the force in the back seat. Just pull out your Vader Light and check it out. Probable just a Mynock chewing on the power cable!

This is a bright flashlight. Both feet light up and it's bright enough to read with. It's made of hard plastic and can be dropped with no damage. I got it for my daughter for Valentine's Day, and I know she will love it.

Are you a Star Wars fanatic? Then this is the key chain light for you. Darth's helmet is nice and glossy and fairly detailed for a tiny toy flashlight. The details on his chest are some sort of paint or decal, on mine it was put on very nicely, no smudged or crooked graphics. He is wearing a cape made of a coarse nylon like weave material that is pinched between the head and shoulders. The head can rotate side to side and the arms and legs are also movable along a linear plane.
The light comes from the bottom of the two feet (there's a white LED in each foot). Each foot can be angled individually so you can throw light in two different directions if need be. Make no mistake, this this is very bright, although the throw is not very tight. In other words it's best used for illuminating things within a few feet of yourself as the light spreads out quickly, unlike flashlights which have lenses that focus light into a tight beam.
As a keychain light I could see this being pretty effective, but there is a flaw. The button to turn on the light is in the middle of his chest, kind of a neat detail, it's his "control box" (also just a decal or paint). The button must be held down in order to keep the light on, too bad since this key chain could easily sit on it's own with the feet throwing light forward for hands free use. The button has just the right amount of resistance and had a slight click when pressed, but I think if this thing was in your pocket it would probably get pushed on a lot unintentionally. Which brings me to potential problems of the paint being scratched off, the cape ripping off and the battery going dead from the button getting pushed by accident, all of which would most likely happen if you carried it in your pants pocket. A loose jacket pocket would be more suitable as the light is a bit on the large size for carrying keys in your pants; measuring approx. 3.25 x 1.5 x 1.75".
I actually love this thing, but never plan to use it for a keychain light, instead I keep it by my TV as a novelty piece. I recommend it for all Star Wars fans, and especially SW Lego fans, you won't be disappointed.

The picture says it all, Dart Vader key ring with LED lamps at the feet. Lamps are much brighter than expected. Looks to be manufactured with good quality.
