Not as good as I was expectingAug 24, 2011
By slayeroscar Tygra is my favorite Thundercat and I was really looking forward to get this figure after it was announced. But, I got really disenchanted as soon as I opened the mailing box. * First, the colors are not correct. The hair and skin have a brighter shade of orange than it's supposed to be. Also, the blue part on the torso is bigger than it should be and it should be a bit greenish blue. * The neck is too long and the head was stuck to it so when I tried to move the head a chip of paint came off the neck and now has a white line. * The head and hands are too big, but the feet look small. * The hands were applied a thick layer of paint and look cheap. Also, they are very difficult to snap and keep in the arm peg. * The hands joints are blue and the feet joints are flesh instead of the other way around. * The arm and leg accessories look bulky.
I was expecting a better figure akin to the Masters of the Universe Classics line. Instead, this looks like a regular toy for a kid and not a collector's figure as I read somewhere that it was supposed to be. I guess kids will have a great time playing with it because of the articulation which makes possible lot of action poses. I also have the Lion-O figure and that's better than this one. Even the old 80s figure was more representative of Tygra than this one. Do not pay more than retail price for this.

Thundercats Classic figures by Bandai!Jul 31, 2011
By Jason P. Marshall
"Jase25"
Was thrilled to find out Bandai was going to bring Thundercats back to Toy Store shelves everywhere. First let me say I was lucky enough to get my hands on the exclusive SDCC 2011 Lion-O figure and I couldn't be happier. The figure has amazing detail and it blows the ones we had as kids away. A lot of fellow collectors out there have had mixed reviews but I can honestly say that after close to 30 years...its great to see Lion-O and Tygra in action figure form. Last thing I'd like to add...even though I think this figure is a must have for any fan out there, please be smart when purchasing one. Don't buy one from these greedy toy mongers who raid your local stores then get on here and gouge you for $29.99 to $39.99 plus shipping?! Really...he's made of plastic...he isn't Gold Plated and he has a MSRP of $17.99. Guys like that ruin the hobby for everyone and they are a joke. The Find?? What are they looking for a sucker? If you can't find one now...just wait he will soon be in stock everywhere come September...even here on Amazon. Thanks and take care!
PS...here is something for your ENTERTAINMENT...you don't need to search the EARTH...you can pre-order these figures all day long for $17.99 and they are guaranteed mint and ship in September. You can thank your Uncle Jase for the tip.

By paflopi This is a very good update to the 1980's toy. I gave to my brother as birthday gift and he loved it.

Thundercats Classics at last! WTF Bandai?Oct 04, 2011
By sam So if just like me you have been waiting for these figures to show their faces, then you're in luck! The Thundercats are back with a vengeance, which is Bandai figures.
These figures are what any fan would want and would not want at the same time, but if you are reading this means you may be having second thoughts or want some reassurance as to purchasing this figure, So if you are indeed a Thundercats fan then you should get this figure, It's not that bad but It's not great either, It's just OK. the packaging is OK and kinda looks nice, captures the look of the thundercats, black and red with thundercats logo and title, so if you want to keep it mint-on-card it will look good next to Lion-O. So get both and pray that Panthro and Cheetara are released next.

By tygra This should remain in the box or be set posed on a shelf. I baught these for my children and they seem to keep breaking the hands off. I dont think they were ment for play.
