5My 3 year old loves this toy!Sep 02, 2009

I have a 3 year old and we have tried some of the bigger Transformers (quick conversion Bumblebee, etc) and he LOVES these Transformers Legends action figures. They are easy to figure out and put together so well that they run down race tracks very cleanly and fast. The cheapest Transformers that you can buy, we have bought him Bumblebee, Sideswipe, Optimus Prime, and Megatron. I wouldn't buy any other Transformers toys!

Sideswipe is easily one of the best toys the Legends Class line has produced. Its alternate mode is not far off from an actual Corvette Stingray. His robot mode is slavishly CGI-accurate, with one exception: this toy has actual feet rather than wheels, which I believe to be an improvement. Feet means Sideswipe can stand up much easier than the Deluxe, making it great for display as well as a plaything. At retail pricing, you'd end up paying $7 less for what comes out to be a better figure overall. Definitely recommended, whether you're an adult collector or a child who wants to play.
