Review: Transformers Encore Minibot Set with BumblebeeJun 08, 2010
By PhantomKaizokuX They are the same great toys the original where back in the '80s, I'm sure there are slight differences from the originals (due to new safety laws and similar reaons), but after so many years I can't really tell. They are great toys for those who loved them back in the '80s, for those who became fans after that and love the originals, and it's also a great gift for a kid today, so they can get into the Transformers universe.
Excellent for CollectionistsJan 13, 2012

This a great buy, I put it on my collection. It's great to have an 84 version of bumblebee and mini bots just the way they were in 1984

much easier to assemble for little hands....but....Sep 14, 2010
By J. Kalb I really wish they were a bit bigger and for the cost, I think it would be nice if they could throw in some extras!
They are easier for my 5 yr old to put together some of the newer transformers are even difficult for me to assemble and would lead to a lot of frustration, and after awhile missing parts! These, however are just right.
