"Santa" bougtht into the hype this year and bought each of my daughters a Xia Xia crab and a shell in their fav. color. I had no idea how hard the stupid shells would be to take on and off! My 6 yr old cannot do it yet alone my 3 yr old doesn't even try. They are pointless, you do NOT need extra shells b/c your child will most likely not play with the crab in the first place. Ours has been changed once...and there she sits on a shelf, already collecting dust...don't even know where the little "surprises" are that came with it (an itty bitty cupcake and a cucumber or something) These could have been cute toys had someone put a little more thought into them.
