I work at CVS who is a retail that sells zhu zhu pets and I think these are cute. I got this one for my sister as a joke because her guinea pig is the same name.
For those of you complain that they don't talk or move on their own well duh! You should read the packages. They are for your children to pretend to take care of or for the bigger ones to push around. They also all come with their own little accessories like bottles, or toys. A good addition to a zhu zhu collection.

I knew that this toy was not-self propelled, but the little ball in the bottom sticks and it won't even ROLL when you push it. Definitely a rip off - my daughter was very disappointed.

Cool little toy. My daughter has a bunch of the regular Zhu Zhu pet hamsters and not she has a baby for them. She loved it.

These are very cute! My kids love them. No they don't move by themselves, but they do have a little roller ball that makes it easy for the kids to scoot them across the floor. So far (3 weeks) the flocked surface has held up very well. I have a 7-year-old and a very rough 4-year-old and they love the babies. Frankly I like the fact that they don't move on their own. It's nice to have toys that don't require batteries.
