You must notify us first on a returned item to recieve a RMA number. If it was opened or used in anyway we cannot accept it back unless there is a manifactures flaw. If this is the case we will send it back to the maker and pursue the refund or replacement on your behalf.

If returning a item it must be with-in 10 days of reciept of you recieving the item. Please include the order number, name and address and reason for the return. This will help us process the refund or replacement in a timely manor. We are not responsible in anyway if a address is incorrect or no forwarding is available. If a item was attempted to be delivered and not claimed, returned to us the buyer will be  responsible for any shipping charges associated with this and is non-refundable. We send them, please claim them.

Please note any and all shipping cost are non-refundable.

Any Bakugans that are forced open or are broken from rough play will be returned to buyer and are non-refundable. We send them in working order and Brand New. All Bakugan products are subject to and not more the 50% restocking fee.

ZhuZhu/Go Go Pets and accessories are subject to and not more then 30% restocking fee.
